Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Contact our customer support team with your order details to initiate the cancellation process. We will process your request promptly and issue a full refund.

30-Day Return and Exchange Window

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in pristine, like-new condition, free from signs of wear and tear. If the return or exchange is not due to our error or a manufacturer’s defect, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Product Not Arrived

If your product does not arrive within the initial 12 days, please allow an additional grace period of up to 7 days due to potential external factors like weather or customs delays. After a cumulative period of 19 days, we will issue a 100% refund if your product has still not arrived.

Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please send visual evidence of the damage to our customer support team at support@qerlight.com Once verified, you can choose to receive a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.

Defective/Broken Manufacturer's Fault

If you find a defect within 30 days of receiving your product, contact us for a complimentary replacement or full refund.

Change of Opinion

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Contact us at support@qerlight.com to initiate the return process.

Exchange

To exchange an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt, contact our support team. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Wrong Product

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph of the received item. We will promptly replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Returning an Item

To return a product to QerLight, follow these steps:

  1. Review Policy: Read our Return and Refund Policy on our website for details on eligibility, timelines, and terms.
  2. Contact Support: Email our customer support at support@qerlight.com or call us to initiate the return. You will receive a return ticket and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Preparation: Repackage the product in its original packaging, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and protective materials.
  4. Complete Returns Form: Fill out the returns form detailing the reason for return.
  5. Dispatch the Package: Place the completed returns form and RMA number inside the package. Use a registered delivery service with tracking and insurance.
  6. Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your original receipt or printed order confirmation email.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the order within 4-8 business days after we receive the returned item. Additional processing time by your bank or credit card company may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
